She is a professional with versatile skills and experiences related to the realm of Goods and Services Tax. Owing to her in-depth understanding of practical issues on the grass-root level, she is often tasked with handling the advisory and consultancy in the GST arena and Company Law matters. She has been leading GST audit of the PSU. An analytical brain is always willing to accept challenges and resolve them through updated knowledge and experience. With academic accomplishments as a Computer Science Engineer. She showcases an unbelievable grip on the subject which frequently leverages for the benefit of the company’s clients.
CA Saurabh Sharma
He has growth-focused attitude that has led him to establish a fine reputation for driving corporate success. He deftly handles Statutory Audits, Ind- AS implementations and conversions, IFRS reviews, Risk Advisory, Investigations and Special Audits, Tax Audits and Data analytics. Over his professional, he has successfully advised clients from all business and economic sectors, domestic and foreign, with complex financial accounting and auditing issues such as Public offers, Fraud Investigations and Peer group benchmarking. Prakhar specializes in areas of Audit & Assurance. He has worked closely with medium and large size corporates and rendered wide variety of services ranging from establishing Internal Financial Control Mechanism, Micro Assessments of Business Process, Internal Audits, Statutory Audits, NPO Audits, Due Diligence, Fund Raising, Financial Modelling, Business Modelling, Forensic Audit and Fraud detection, Project Feasibility Studies etc. and has served them to their complete satisfaction.
